The party website (hereinafter: “the Website”) is operated by the Oz LeShivayon BeSherut Party (hereinafter: “the Party”).

The Party respects the privacy of users and operates in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, the Communications Law (Spam Law), 5768–2008, the Political Parties Financing Law, 5733–1973, and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority.

Donations and the "Grow" Clearing Provider

Donations on the website are carried out through the clearing services of Grow Payments Ltd. (hereinafter: “Grow”).

Grow operates as an intermediary for secure credit card clearing and complies with strict security standards (PCI DSS).

When making a donation, part of the transaction details (such as credit card information) is entered and processed directly within Grow's system and is neither stored by nor accessible to the Party.

The Party receives from Grow information necessary for documenting the donation, in accordance with the Political Parties Financing Law — for example: the donor's name, donation amount, and contact details for confirmation and reporting to authorities.

Providing Information to Third Parties

The Party will not transfer your personal details to third parties, except in the following cases:

For the purpose of operating the website and related services, including Grow and other technological service providers, subject to their commitment to maintaining confidentiality and information security.
If required by law or the requirement of a competent authority.
In the event of an organizational structure change or merger, subject to the continued protection of your privacy.

Information Security

The Party implements reasonable and updated protective measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection of information; therefore, use of the website is at the user's sole responsibility.

Right to Review, Correct, and Delete
